We are seeing longer than usual customs clearing times for certain countries such as the United States. Our UK & European parcels are on track for on time deliveries. That being said, if there is a delay we ask that you remain patient with us as we are working very hard to ensure your parcels are delivered in a timely manner.
Once your order has been placed an email confirmation containing your order number and order information will be sent to you via email. Please ensure that you have completed check out and been directed to the page that said your order has been completed and provides you with an order number. We begin to prepare shipments immediately after they have been placed. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or changed.
We use 17TRACK to track parcels because the site is able to track multiple carriers. Your tracking number will also update on your local posts website for example: USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, La Poste, etc.

UK & Europe: 1-12 Business Days Rest of world: 2-4 Weeks
We reserve 7 business days to process and ship orders. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive your tracking code via email. If 7 business days have passed and you have not received your tracking code please email us at email@example.com.
We have several warehouses and we ship your order based on availability. Your items may arrive from separate warehouses and have separate tracking numbers. Wrong or damaged items must be communicated to us within 24 hours of receiving the item or they will not be eligible for return.
